Liquid Web: LAMP Customer Support

While working at Liquid Web in Lansing, MI, I worked primarily on assisting customers with various server software and technologies specifically related to Linux systems. Most commonly my work required assisting customers with issues hosting WordPress sites, diagnosing security threats on virtualized instances, and connecting their devices to email servers.

It was quite an opportunity for me to grow my skills working with bash, PHP, Apache, SQL, Nginx, cpanel, and most importantly call handling. The training I received there was invaluable for my future endeavors in enterprise systems administration.

Eyepoppers: Big & Bold

Borrowing the banner from the exhibit postcard made by our in-house graphic designer, this site incorporates several elements from the exhibition artwork, using CSS to shape it, and some JavaScript for the gallery display. The focus of this design is meant to entice the viewer by highlighting the artistic principles represented in the exhibition.
